With 18 years of experience in finance leadership, Shashank S has been appointed Director – Commercial Finance at Vistra. His career spans financial planning and analysis, business partnering, strategic decision-making and driving business value across multiple industries.
Before joining Vistra, Shashank held finance leadership roles at Tata Communications, where he worked in Business Planning and Analytics. He has also built his experience across Honeywell Technologies, A.P. Moller – Maersk, Barclays and Airtel.
Across these roles, his work has focused on connecting financial insights with business priorities, supporting strategic decisions and strengthening financial performance.
In his new role at Vistra, Shashank will draw on his commercial finance and FP&A expertise to help shape business strategy, influence key decisions and support sustainable growth.
His experience in combining financial analysis with broader business objectives is expected to help strengthen the finance function as a strategic driver of value creation.
