Hero MotoCorp has strengthened its human resources leadership with the appointment of Richa Malik as HR Head for its corporate and enabling functions.
Richa announced the move on LinkedIn, confirming that she has joined Hero MotoCorp and will oversee the people’s agenda across the company’s corporate and enabling functions.
She brings experience across talent management, HR business partnering and business-focused HR leadership. Her appointment comes as Hero MotoCorp continues to strengthen its leadership structure across key business and support functions while aligning talent priorities with broader organisational goals.
Richa joins Hero MotoCorp after more than 5 years with Kohler, where she held several HR roles with increasing responsibility.
She joined Kohler in April 2023 as Deputy General Manager – HR and was promoted to General Manager HR – K&B South Asia in October 2025. She held the position until August 2026.
Earlier at Kohler, she served as Lead – Talent Management & HR Business Partner. Her responsibilities included HR leadership for the Kitchen & Bath business in South Asia, along with talent management and business partnering initiatives.
Her move brings cross-industry experience to Hero MotoCorp’s HR leadership team, with Richa transitioning from the building products sector to the automotive industry.
In her new role, she will lead HR for the company’s corporate and enabling functions and support workforce priorities across key organisational areas.
Her experience spans talent strategy, employee development and HR operations, combining strategic planning with execution-focused HR leadership.
As Hero MotoCorp continues to evolve its workforce and organisational priorities, Richa’s role will focus on strengthening people practices and supporting business objectives across corporate functions.
