Kolkata is set to play a bigger role in LTM’s technology and innovation plans with the inauguration of its new Global Delivery & AI Competency Center. The facility strengthens the L&T Group’s long-term focus on West Bengal as a strategic hub for technology, talent and innovation.

The centre was inaugurated by Shri Suvendu Adhikari, Honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal, in the presence of Shri S. N. Subrahmanyan, Chairman & Managing Director, Larsen & Toubro, senior leaders from L&T and LTM, and other dignitaries.

The new facility marks an important step in LTM’s growth in India. It reflects continued investment in regional expansion, talent development and technology innovation. The centre will support LTM’s global delivery operations and AI initiatives while creating opportunities for skilled professionals across West Bengal and neighbouring states.

Suvendu Adhikari said: “West Bengal is emerging as a preferred destination for technology and AI-driven investments. LTM’s decision to establish and expand its presence in Kolkata reinforces the state’s strengths in talent, innovation and digital infrastructure.”

S. N. Subrahmanyan added: “The inauguration of LTM’s Global Delivery & AI Competency Center in Kolkata reflects L&T Group’s continued commitment to investing in India’s growth story. We are delighted to partner with the Government of West Bengal in this important milestone.”

The centre further strengthens LTM’s nationwide delivery network and supports its strategy of bringing opportunities closer to talent.
