Monica Gille has joined NVIDIA as Vice President, Global Partnerships and Channels, bringing more than 25 years of experience in technology, enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem leadership.
In her new role, she will focus on expanding enterprise AI and software adoption through partnerships, channels, business development and go-to-market initiatives.
Gille joins NVIDIA after a 26-year career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she held senior leadership roles across North America and Europe. Most recently, she was Vice President, Sales Enterprise and Global Accounts, leading major North American industry accounts across healthcare and life sciences, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, retail, energy, service providers and digital-native businesses.
Her portfolio covered businesses representing more than $7 billion in revenue, with a focus on AI, cloud, edge, SaaS software and services.
Previously, Gille served as Vice President, Sales Enterprise and Commercial North America, where she led enterprise and commercial sales and developed go-to-market strategies across cloud services, data and AI. She also established a digital-native incubation team focused on startups.
As Vice President, Sales Strategy North America, she led sales go-to-market strategy, strategic planning and sales coverage supporting thousands of sales resources and approximately $8 billion in revenue.
Her international experience includes senior roles in Switzerland and Western Europe, including Sales Director Switzerland, Managing Director Suisse Romande, Director Suisse Romande Enterprise Sales, and Sales Manager, Service Provider Business Western Europe.
Gille’s HPE career also covered storage, servers, networking, cloud, presales and technical sales, giving her experience across technology and commercial operations.
Earlier, she worked as a Software Development Engineer and Project Manager at StorageTek. She also co-founded and served on the board of the Swiss Datacenter Efficiency Association, reflecting her involvement in technology infrastructure and industry collaboration.
Her appointment at NVIDIA brings together her experience in enterprise technology, AI-led growth, global accounts, channel ecosystems and strategic partnerships.
