Infinx has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India and the Philippines, strengthening its senior people leadership as the healthcare revenue cycle management company continues to expand its workforce and technology-led operations.
Ghosh will lead the HR agenda across India and the Philippines, with a mandate spanning people strategy, talent, organisational development and workforce priorities across the two markets. The appointment comes as Infinx expands its operations and strengthens its technology-led healthcare services.
In a LinkedIn announcement, Ghosh said he was looking forward to working with Infinx’s more than 10,000 employees globally. The company serves more than 900 healthcare provider organisations in the United States and combines artificial intelligence agents, automation and revenue cycle management expertise across patient access and revenue workflows.
A seasoned HR leadership profile
Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience across human resources, business partnering and organisational leadership. Before joining Infinx, he served as SVP and Head of HR for India and the Philippines at Access Healthcare, a role he took on earlier in 2026.
He previously spent close to eight years at Berkadia, where he served as SVP and Head of HR for India. Before Berkadia, Ghosh spent more than 12 years at Genpact, progressing to the position of AVP and Lead HR Business Partner.
His earlier career includes a stint at GE Capital, where he began as a management trainee, as well as an initial role as a guest relations assistant at Dolphin Hotel in Visakhapatnam. His career spans hospitality, financial services, business process management and healthcare.
Ghosh has also completed executive management and HR programmes, including the LEAD Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and an Executive Certificate Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
People strategy becomes central to scale
For Infinx, the appointment comes as the company operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology and large-scale service delivery. Its model combines outsourced operations with AI and automation to help hospitals, health systems and physician groups improve revenue performance.
With India and the Philippines serving as important operating markets, Ghosh’s mandate places people strategy alongside the company’s broader expansion agenda. His experience in scaling HR functions and partnering with business leadership is expected to support talent development, organisational capability and workforce planning as Infinx grows.
The appointment also reflects a wider shift in the healthcare technology and business services sector, where HR leadership is increasingly expected to connect workforce strategy with automation, changing skill requirements and business transformation.
As Infinx expands its technology-led healthcare operations, Ghosh will focus on building the people capabilities needed to support that growth while strengthening HR leadership across two key markets.
