Ashish Shreykar has taken on a new global leadership role at HCLSoftware as Vice President, Global Partner Ecosystem.
The appointment strengthens the company’s focus on strategic alliances, partner-led growth and enterprise technology transformation.
Shreykar brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and global go-to-market leadership. His expertise covers SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, Agentic AI, strategic partnerships and global system integrator ecosystems.
In his new role, Shreykar will lead global partner-led growth across Experience, Data, Operations, AI, Agentic AI, Cybersecurity and Business Applications. He will also work on expanding enterprise adoption through strategic partnerships and supporting the company’s broader technology vision.
A key part of his mandate will be supporting the shift from traditional Software-as-a-Service models toward Service-as-Software, where AI and intelligent agents increasingly perform business processes and deliver outcomes.
Before joining HCLSoftware, Shreykar was Global Director & Partner Leader – GSI Business at Zscaler, where he focused on global system integrator partnerships and cybersecurity-led growth. Earlier, he held a senior alliances role at ServiceNow, managing strategic partner ecosystems and developing new revenue opportunities around its platform strategy.
Shreykar also spent more than 5 years with Pure Storage as Global Director – GSI Business. He led global partner go-to-market strategy, hyperscaler and SaaS initiatives, and strategic business development with major system integrators. During this period, he contributed to significant growth through partner-led business models.
His career also includes leadership roles at Dell EMC and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he worked across global alliances, strategic accounts, complex bids, transformation programs and partner-driven revenue opportunities.
Earlier in his career, Shreykar held technology and engineering roles with Dell, Hewlett-Packard, IBM-ICS, vCustomer and Pronet Systems. At Dell, he moved across product engineering, technical account management and strategic partner leadership.
His career combines technical and commercial expertise across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, strategic alliances, partner ecosystems and global go-to-market execution.
