The next addition to iQOO’s Neo lineup is now closer to its official debut, with the company confirming a China launch date while leaked details point to a high-end MediaTek chipset and a large battery.
iQOO Neo Product Manager Hui Huizi announced on Weibo that the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will launch in China on August 10. Details such as its design, colour options, specifications, features and pricing have not yet been disclosed and could emerge in the coming days.
The announcement comes after the iQOO Neo 11 was launched in China in October 2025. Following the standard model’s debut, reports suggested that iQOO could introduce another handset called the iQOO Neo 11S. However, the company has not officially announced that model.
Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra was reportedly listed on Geekbench with the model number V2545A, which was previously believed to belong to the rumoured iQOO Neo 11S.
According to the leaked listing, the handset could be powered by a custom octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset based on a 3nm process. The processor is tipped to include 4 efficiency cores clocked at 2.7GHz, 3 performance cores at 3.5GHz and 1 prime core reaching 4.21GHz.
The smartphone is reportedly equipped with 16GB of RAM and could run Vivo’s OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. On Geekbench, it reportedly scored 3,395 points in the single-core test and 10,312 points in the multi-core test.
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is also tipped to feature a 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging. It could sport a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
For durability, the handset may carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
