Sookti AI has appointed Gagan Mohan Singh as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its AI-native SAP services and enterprise transformation capabilities.
In his new role, Singh will focus on scaling Sookti AI’s capabilities and market presence, translating AI innovation into measurable business outcomes, accelerating SAP S/4HANA transformation journeys, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and reinforcing the company’s position as an AI-native SAP services provider.
Singh brings more than 15 years of experience in SAP transformation, enterprise technology, presales, consulting, business development, and leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading Indian enterprises and global organizations, delivering technology-led business transformation and SAP modernization initiatives.
Before joining Sookti AI, Singh served as SAP Pre Sales Lead at NEC Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. In the role, he helped organizations strengthen their SAP S/4HANA capabilities by designing and managing RFPs, developing RFQs for migration projects, supporting SAP ECC to HANA-DB migrations, implementing SAP Fiori on ECC systems, and enabling innovation through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities.
Earlier in his career, he gained hands-on experience implementing SAP systems at Frito Lay and L’Oréal. He also founded Dukantastic Retail Apps, where he developed mobile technology solutions for FMCG retailers. Additionally, his tenure at Deloitte provided him with the opportunity to work with leading Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies, contributing to large-scale SAP and enterprise transformation programs.
At Sookti AI, Singh will help advance the company’s vision of transforming enterprise delivery through autonomous AI agents that support organizations across the SAP lifecycle, including analysis, transformation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
With deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, enterprise architecture, AI-driven transformation, and business technology, Singh is well positioned to lead Sookti AI’s next phase of growth and innovation.
