Strengthening its leadership team, Royal Green Realty has appointed Deepak Khemchandani as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Gurugram-based real estate developer said the appointment is aimed at reinforcing its financial framework and supporting the company’s long-term and sustainable growth.
Khemchandani brings more than 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial strategy, business planning, treasury, taxation, and investor relations. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s financial operations and supporting its future expansion plans.
During his career, he has held senior leadership positions at several real estate companies, including Jindal Realty, Orris Infrastructure, Shipra Group, AlphaCorp Group, and Splendor Landbase. He has led financial transformation, capital structuring, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and business growth initiatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for JRL Group entities at Jindal Realty Limited, where he was promoted to the role within 9 months of joining the company.

Khemchandani is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from A.R.S.D. College, University of Delhi. He has built extensive expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance, and capital management throughout his career.
