Lockton has appointed Shuchi Nihalani as Head of Human Capital Consulting – Singapore & Malaysia, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its Human Capital Consulting practice across both markets.
In her new role, Shuchi will lead the growth and development of the firm’s Human Capital Consulting practice in Singapore and Malaysia. She will work closely with Lockton’s regional People Solutions leadership to deliver integrated advisory solutions that help clients enhance organisational performance and build a future-ready workforce.
Shuchi brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources, organisation consulting, talent strategy, and business transformation. She joins Lockton from Autodesk, where she served as Senior People Business Partner supporting the COO organisation. In this role, she advised senior business leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and strategic talent initiatives for global sales teams.
Earlier at Autodesk, she worked as Senior People Consultant, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, strengthen manager capability, and support the adoption of global HR programmes across the organisation.
Before moving into an in-house leadership role, Shuchi built a successful consulting career at Willis Towers Watson, where she served as Practice Leader and Senior Consultant, specialising in talent management, organisational alignment, leadership capability, and workforce transformation for multinational organisations.
She also spent nearly 7 years at Mercer, advising multinational companies and Singapore government agencies on organisation redesign, workforce planning, rewards strategy, competency frameworks, and national skills development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held consulting roles with Avalon Consulting, Hewitt Associates, and organisations in the United Kingdom, building expertise in business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and HR transformation.
Shuchi holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
With over 20 years of experience, Shuchi brings deep expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, HR consulting, business transformation, and people strategy. Her appointment positions her to strengthen Lockton’s Human Capital Consulting capabilities across Singapore and Malaysia.
