Acentra Health has appointed Sreedevi Hegde as Senior Vice President – India Country Head, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its global delivery capabilities and accelerates growth across international markets.

In her new role, Sreedevi will lead Acentra Health’s India operations while supporting the advancement of the company’s Global Delivery Organization (GDO). She will focus on strengthening operational excellence, scaling global capabilities and supporting the company’s mission of delivering better health outcomes for government and commercial clients.

The company said its Global Delivery Organization brings together shared services and operational capabilities into a unified global model designed to improve consistency, speed, scalability and enterprise-wide support.

Sreedevi brings more than 24 years of global leadership experience in building, scaling and transforming global capability centers and enterprise operations. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions, including Country Head, Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, at organizations such as Citi, Société Générale, Credit Suisse, Deloitte and Dell.

Most recently, she established a global capability center in India for a leading US-based fintech company, building the operation from the ground up and scaling it to more than 250 professionals across more than 15 business functions within 90 days.

Hegde holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University, a master’s degree from Mysore University, and a postgraduate degree in International Finance and Business Administration from Symbiosis. She also holds an Independent Director Certification from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and a Professional Certification in ESG from the Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India.
