Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. has appointed Manoj Kumar Mauni as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reinforcing its commitment to technology-driven growth, digital transformation, and innovation.
In his new role, Mauni will lead the company’s technology strategy, oversee digital transformation initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
Before joining Muthoot Fincorp, Mauni served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) – Telecom at airtel. Prior to that, he was Chief Technology Officer at Bandhan Bank, where he led large-scale technology modernization programs and strengthened the bank’s digital capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Mauni held several senior technology leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Executive Vice President – IT, Senior Vice President – IT, and Vice President – IT. He also served as Associate Vice President – IT at Kotak Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd., building extensive experience across banking, financial services, insurance, and telecommunications.
With deep expertise in enterprise technology, IT leadership, and digital transformation, Mauni is expected to play a key role in advancing Muthoot Fincorp’s technology capabilities and supporting its long-term digital growth strategy.
