Adani Green Energy Ltd. has appointed Poly Singh Arora as its Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team to support the company’s long-term growth and sustainability goals.
Poly brings more than 23 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic business partnering. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, with a focus on building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, driving talent development, and aligning human capital initiatives with Adani Green Energy’s long-term business objectives.
Before joining Adani Green Energy, Poly served as Head – HR at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she partnered with the leadership team to drive HR transformation and enhance organizational capability.
Earlier, she spent nearly 6 years at VFS Global as Regional HR Head – South Asia, leading HR strategy across multiple geographies and supporting the organization’s people and business priorities.
Prior to that, Poly served as AGM – HR at Vodafone India, where she played an important role in talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and performance management.
Over the course of her career, she has built deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and organizational development. She has consistently aligned people strategies with business priorities to build high-performing teams and support organizational success.
Her appointment reflects Adani Green Energy Ltd.’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team and fostering a people-first culture that supports sustainable business growth and organizational excellence.
