HeadFirst Global has appointed Simon Blockley as Regional CEO, UK & Europe, a newly created leadership role that expands his previous responsibilities as UK CEO. The appointment comes as organisations increasingly rethink how people, specialist talent, and AI can work together to deliver stronger business outcomes.
The new regional structure is designed to strengthen HeadFirst Global’s presence across the UK and Europe by bringing together market expertise, specialist talent networks, and technology. It also enhances the company’s ability to help clients redesign, access, and manage the capabilities needed for an increasingly blended workforce.
Simon has been with HeadFirst Global for more than 12 years, including serving as UK CEO, and brings over 25 years of experience in resourcing and managed services. His leadership has earned him a place on the Staffing Industry Analysts Staffing 100 Europe list for 6 consecutive years, reflecting the trust and recognition he has built across the industry.
