Swire Coca-Cola has named Jeremy Sabin as its new Chief People Officer, marking his return to the consumer packaged goods industry after more than 12 years in private equity-backed businesses. His appointment comes as the company continues its next phase of growth across multiple international markets.

Announcing the move, Jeremy said he is excited to return to the consumer packaged goods sector after spending the past 12 years in private equity. He added that Swire Coca-Cola’s people-first culture made the opportunity especially meaningful as the company continues to expand globally.

Jeremy brings more than 20 years of global human resources leadership experience. His expertise spans organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce scalability, total rewards, HR technology, and culture building.

Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mariani Enterprises, where he built a centralized HR organization from the ground up. During his tenure, the company grew from approximately US$180 million to US$1 billion in revenue. He also led HR integration for 22 acquisitions, established a national talent acquisition function, implemented enterprise HR technology, launched a corporate learning academy, and improved employee engagement and retention.

Before that, Jeremy was Chief Human Resources Officer at WeLink, where he established and expanded the HR function for the fast-growing technology company. He developed people policies, HR systems, executive hiring capabilities, compensation frameworks, and compliance processes to support business growth.

Earlier, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vivint Solar, Jeremy led the company’s people strategy during a major period of expansion. He supported the company’s successful IPO and directed the people integration strategy during Vivint Solar’s US$3.2 billion acquisition by Sunrun, while overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.

Before becoming CHRO, he held several senior HR leadership roles at Vivint Solar, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. During this time, he helped scale the HR organization, implement Workday, strengthen performance management, develop leadership programs, and prepare the company for its public listing.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy held leadership positions at Sun Products Corporation, Intel-Micron Flash Technologies, Meridias Capital, SummitView Foundation, and Select Portfolio Servicing, gaining extensive experience across manufacturing, technology, consumer products, organizational development, employee relations, learning, compliance, and workforce transformation.

In his new role at Swire Coca-Cola, Jeremy will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce growth across one of the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottling operations, serving nearly 1 billion consumers across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the western United States.
