In her new role, Nicole will lead the people strategy for Remington Hospitality and the Ashford Group of Companies, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, HR technology, learning and development, and associate engagement across the organization’s growing hospitality portfolio.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality human resources leadership. She has built a strong track record in talent development, organizational transformation, leadership capability building, and creating high-performing workplace cultures across leading hospitality organizations.

Before joining Remington Hospitality, Nicole served as Vice President, Human Resources & Chief People Officer at Sonesta Hotels for more than 4 years. She led the people strategy for a portfolio of more than 200 hotels and 9,000 associates, driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives and supporting organizational growth.

Earlier, she spent nearly 2 years as Vice President – Human Resources at Controlled Contamination Services, where she led strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs.

Prior to that, Nicole served as Vice President of Human Resources at Texas Western Hospitality for around 2 years, leading HR strategy and talent initiatives that supported the company’s hospitality operations.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than 4 years as Area Director of Human Resources at Omni Hotels & Resorts, followed by more than 5 years as Regional Human Resources Manager at Pillar Hotels and Resorts. She also held HR leadership roles at Sree Hotels, Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, and SwimAtlanta Pool Management, gaining extensive expertise in hospitality human resources, talent management, and associate engagement.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Nicole will lead the company’s people strategy, strengthen talent development, enhance employee engagement, and support the continued growth of Remington Hospitality and the Ashford Group of Companies.
