Lucid Motors has appointed Raja Ramana Macha as Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global technology strategy, engineering innovation, and next-generation electric vehicle development, with a focus on advancing software, AI, and mobility technologies.

Raja Ramana Macha brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across the automotive, industrial automation, and power management sectors. Throughout his career, he has led technology transformation, engineering innovation, and the development of advanced digital solutions for global organizations.

Before joining Lucid Motors, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Eaton. He has also held senior leadership positions at Schneider Electric, AVEVA, and GeometricPLM, where he played key roles in driving technology strategy, product innovation, and digital transformation.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Raja Ramana Macha serves as a Board Member at Sasken Technologies Limited.

His appointment reflects Lucid Motors’ commitment to accelerating innovation and strengthening its leadership in software-defined mobility and next-generation electric vehicle technologies.
