CK Birla Hospital has promoted Dr. Davy Jindal to the role of Vice President, recognizing his significant contributions to the hospital’s growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue to strengthen hospital growth, enhance operational excellence, and help build a future-ready, patient-first healthcare institution.

With more than 11 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital operations, corporate strategy, and clinical practice, Dr. Jindal has built a strong career by combining clinical expertise with strategic business leadership. His focus has been on improving healthcare delivery, increasing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth across leading healthcare organizations.

Dr. Jindal joined CK Birla Hospital in 2023 as Assistant Vice President – Growth & Strategy, where he played a key role in leading strategic initiatives, business expansion, and organizational development. In 2025, he was promoted to Unit Head, taking responsibility for hospital operations and overall performance. His elevation to Vice President marks another important milestone and reflects the organization’s confidence in his leadership as it enters its next phase of growth and transformation.

Before joining CK Birla Hospital, Dr. Jindal served as General Manager – Business Operations & Development, MD’s Office at Artemis Hospitals. In this role, he worked closely with the leadership team on strategic business initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational development.

Earlier, he was associated with Shalby Limited, where he held the dual roles of Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy General Manager – Corporate Strategy. During his tenure, he contributed to strategic planning, business development, hospital administration, and corporate growth initiatives that strengthened the organization’s operational capabilities.

Dr. Jindal began his career in clinical roles as a Resident Medical Officer at Max Healthcare, gaining valuable experience in patient care and hospital operations. He later worked as a Drug Safety Physician at PAREXEL International Services India Private Limited, where he developed expertise in pharmacovigilance and clinical safety.

In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Jindal completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP) in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad). The program strengthened his strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities, supporting his successful transition into healthcare management.

His promotion reflects a career built on continuous growth, strategic leadership, and a commitment to developing healthcare institutions that deliver exceptional patient outcomes while achieving operational excellence.
