With more than 20 years of experience, Manisha has built a strong career across the renewable energy, infrastructure, consulting, engineering, and technology sectors. Her expertise includes strategic workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, talent management, performance management, HR digitization, employee engagement, governance, administration, corporate communications, and business transformation.

Manisha joined BluPine Energy in 2022 as Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications, where she established and led the company’s human capital function. In 2025, she was promoted to Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications, playing a key role in strengthening people practices, governance, and organizational capability during a period of rapid growth. Her appointment as CHRO reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership as it continues to expand its renewable energy business.

Before joining BluPine Energy, Manisha served as HR Head India – Alfanar Global Development & Group IT at alfanar Construction. There, she led strategic HR initiatives, strengthened compliance, and streamlined HR operations for the company’s renewable energy business in India.

Earlier, she worked as Global HR Partner & Principal Consultant – HCM Solutions at EACIIT, where she contributed to talent management strategies, cloud-based HR solutions, HR ERP implementation, and digital transformation projects for clients across India and Sri Lanka.

She also served as Head – Human Resources at Ostro Energy Private Limited, where she built the HR function from the ground up. Her responsibilities included developing HR policies, recruitment strategies, performance management frameworks, competency mapping, and employee engagement programs to support the company’s rapid expansion.

Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Doosan, where she managed performance management, competency mapping, learning and development, and employee engagement. She also gained experience in learning and talent development at SDG Corporation and First Advantage, strengthening her expertise in capability development and organizational effectiveness.

Manisha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM & HRD) from Maharshi Dayanand University. She has also completed a Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), further strengthening her strategic leadership capabilities and modern HR expertise.

As CHRO, she will continue to lead BluPine Energy’s people strategy, with a focus on building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s long-term growth while overseeing corporate communications and administrative excellence.
