PwC has promoted Sridhar Ramachandran to Managing Director, recognizing his leadership in enterprise transformation and Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting. In his new role, he will continue leading large-scale transformation programs, helping organizations maximize business value through Workday-enabled transformation while strengthening executive client relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
With nearly 30 years of experience across enterprise technology, consulting, and digital transformation, Sridhar has built deep expertise in Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain, enterprise architecture, systems integration, program delivery, and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex global transformation initiatives for multinational organizations.
Since joining PwC in 2019 as a Director, Sridhar has advised global enterprises on large-scale SaaS HCM implementations, specializing in Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and PeopleSoft. He has led technology workstreams covering integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise transformation while guiding clients through end-to-end cloud adoption strategies focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Before joining PwC, Sridhar held leadership roles at Accenture, where he served as Associate Director and led the India Delivery Center Workday Practice. During his tenure, he provided strategic direction for Workday consulting teams, managed global implementation programs, and drove operational excellence across delivery organizations. He also led several Workday HCM, PeopleSoft, and enterprise technology transformation projects across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and financial services organizations.
Earlier in his career, he held senior consulting and technology roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Adi Solutions Inc., RadioCosm Inc., and Cable Corporation of India, building extensive expertise in enterprise applications, HR technology, systems integration, and business process transformation.
As Managing Director, Sridhar will continue working closely with C-suite executives to shape enterprise transformation strategies, expand PwC’s Human Capital consulting capabilities, mentor future leaders, and help organizations achieve long-term value through cloud-based business transformation.
