Madhan Shanmugasundaram joins Accenture Song to lead MarTech and Marketing Operations

Madhan Shanmugasundaram has joined Accenture as Managing Director, where he will be part of Accenture Song and lead the MarTech and Marketing Operations business. In his new role, he will help organizations accelerate marketing transformation through AI-enabled, data-driven solutions.

Madhan brings nearly 30 years of experience across digital transformation, customer experience, data and analytics, consulting and technology services. His expertise spans marketing technology, enterprise transformation and digital innovation, making him well positioned to support clients in building modern, data-driven marketing capabilities.

Before joining Accenture, Madhan spent nearly 20 years at Infosys, where he held multiple leadership positions. During his tenure, he led global client services, digital marketing, analytics, enterprise consulting, business intelligence and large-scale transformation programmes across industries.

With his extensive leadership experience, Madhan is expected to play a key role in strengthening Accenture Song’s MarTech and Marketing Operations capabilities while driving innovation and business growth through AI-powered marketing transformation.
