HUL confirmed that Koteshwar has joined as the CEO of Oziva and will report to Harman Dhillon, Executive Director – Beauty and Well-being at HUL. According to sources, he will also oversee HUL’s broader wellness portfolio, including the electrolyte drink brand Liquid I.V.
Koteshwar brings extensive leadership experience from companies including Marico, Flipkart and The Coca-Cola Company, where he held senior leadership positions across business and consumer-focused functions.
HUL completed the acquisition of Oziva, a plant-based clean-label wellness brand, through its parent company Zywie in February. The company had initially acquired a 51% stake in Zywie in 2023 as part of its entry into the health and well-being category.
According to HUL’s 2025–26 Annual Report, the business has grown to around ₹480 crore in revenue within 2 years of the initial investment, recording a CAGR of nearly 130%. The appointment of Koteshwar is expected to support the next phase of growth for Oziva and strengthen HUL’s expanding wellness portfolio.
