Fresh details about the upcoming Vivo T5 Lite 5G have emerged online, hinting at the smartphone’s key features ahead of its anticipated launch in India. The device is expected to join it’s growing T5 series lineup, following the launch of the Vivo T5x 5G in March and the Vivo T5 Pro 5G in April. The Vivo T5 was also introduced in select global markets in May.
According to a recent leak, the Vivo T5 Lite 5G could feature a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is also expected to support up to 1,200 nits peak brightness in High Brightness Mode, which may help improve visibility under outdoor lighting conditions.
The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It may offer the handset in 3 storage variants, including 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 6GB + 256GB configurations.
Battery performance could be one of the device’s key highlights. The Vivo T5 Lite 5G is expected to pack a 6,500mAh battery with support for 44W FlashCharge fast charging. Despite the large battery capacity, the handset is said to have a slim 8.39mm profile and a weight of 209g.
For photography, the device may include a 50-megapixel rear camera, while a 5-megapixel front-facing camera is expected for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is also tipped to come with an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes.
The leak further suggests that it could launch the handset in 2 colour options — Twilight Shadow and Wave Blue.
As of now, Vivo has not officially confirmed any of the leaked specifications. Details regarding pricing, launch date, and market availability remain undisclosed.
