Chandan Bhambhwani joins FatakPay to lead human resources function

Chandan joins the company with extensive experience across human resources leadership, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce strategy. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director People at EXO Edge.

During his tenure at EXO Edge, he held several leadership positions, including Director People, Associate Director People, and Senior Manager People, contributing to key people and culture initiatives across the organization.

Before that, he spent a significant part of his career at Elevate, where he served in multiple roles including Senior Manager People & Talent Acquisition, People Manager, Manager People, and Assistant Manager People. His experience in these positions helped shape talent management practices and support business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Chandan held learning and development roles at Integreon, serving as Assistant Manager Learning & Development, Assistant Manager Training, and Senior Specialist Trainer. He began his professional journey at Citi, where he worked as M&A Analyst, Assistant, and Senior Presentations Specialist.

With a career spanning HR transformation, talent management, leadership development, employee experience, and business partnering, Chandan brings a well-rounded perspective to his new role. His appointment reflects FatakPay’s focus on strengthening its people strategy and building a high-performance workplace culture.
