In her new role, Kripa will continue to work closely with business leaders to drive enterprise-wide talent strategies, workforce capability development, employee engagement, leadership initiatives, and organizational growth.
Prior to this elevation, Kripa served as Enterprise HRBP & Specialist – Learning & Development at Edelweiss Life Insurance. In this role, she played a key part in advancing leadership development, employee learning programs, capability-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness efforts. Her work contributed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
Earlier, she held the position of Enterprise HRBP & Talent Acquisition, where she supported strategic hiring, workforce planning, talent management, and business partnering initiatives. Before that, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager, helping the company attract, engage, and onboard talent aligned with its long-term business objectives.
Over her 4.5-year tenure with Edelweiss Life Insurance, Kripa has progressed through multiple HR leadership roles, building expertise across talent acquisition, business HR, employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce strategy.
Before joining Edelweiss Life Insurance, she worked as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Goodrich Logistics Private Limited, where she managed HR operations and employee-related programs. She also served as Human Resources Executive at RB Tech Solution, handling end-to-end HR activities and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Earlier in her career, Kripa gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner at Reliance Brands Limited, where she supported workforce management and people initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment. She also worked as HR Executive at Lawrence & Mayo Opticals, building a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and talent management.
With more than a decade of experience in human resources, Kripa has developed expertise in business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Her promotion reflects both her professional growth and her ongoing contribution to advancing Edelweiss Life Insurance’s people and talent agenda.
