In her expanded role, Bhavna will continue to lead marketing programs focused on strengthening brand positioning, enhancing customer engagement, and driving growth through innovative storytelling and integrated marketing strategies.

Since joining Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2022, she has played a key role in advancing product and brand communications. Prior to this promotion, she served as Vice President – Marketing, where she was instrumental in amplifying brand narratives, deepening customer connections, and delivering impactful communication initiatives. Her elevation reflects the bank’s confidence in her ability to further strengthen marketing excellence in a highly competitive financial services market.

Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bhavna spent nearly 3 years with InCred Financial Services, where she held leadership positions including Assistant Vice President – Marketing and Chief Marketing Manager. During her tenure, she led digital marketing and branding initiatives that helped enhance the company’s market visibility and customer engagement.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Enormous Brands LLP, DotDesi Registry, Asset Vantage, BigRock, and ResellerClub, building extensive expertise across digital marketing, brand management, business development, social media strategy, customer acquisition, and growth marketing.

An alumna of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bhavna holds an Executive MBA with specializations in Marketing and Information Technology. She brings a strong combination of strategic marketing expertise, digital capabilities, and brand-building experience to her leadership role.

Her promotion highlights her contribution to marketing transformation and customer-centric growth initiatives and positions her to play an even greater role in shaping the future marketing strategy of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
