Alongside his current role overseeing Commercial Controlling, Peter will now also lead Global Supply Chain Finance, supporting stronger financial governance, strategic planning, and operational performance management across the organization.

Peter has been with SWAROVSKI for nearly 20 years and has held several key leadership positions in finance, controlling, and business transformation. In his expanded role as Vice President Business Finance | Head of Group Controlling, he will oversee global controlling, commercial finance, supply chain finance, and executive-level financial business partnering. He also continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Swarovski Wattens.

Prior to this appointment, Peter served as Vice President Business Finance | Controlling, where he worked closely with executive leadership on strategic decision-making, performance management, growth initiatives, and global cost optimization programs.

Throughout his tenure, he has held a range of leadership positions, including Director Finance | Controlling, Associate Director Business Transformation, Head of Global Process Management Finance & Administration, and Global Process Manager Finance & Administration. In these roles, he played a significant part in driving finance transformation, process optimization, SAP implementation projects, investment governance, business services transformation, and enterprise-wide operational efficiency initiatives.

Peter brings extensive expertise across corporate finance, global controlling, supply chain finance, business transformation, financial governance, SAP implementation, and strategic performance management. His expanded leadership role further reinforces Swarovski’s focus on strengthening its global finance operations and supporting the company’s ongoing transformation and long-term growth strategy.
