India-based smartphone brand Infinix has unveiled the new Infinix Hot 70 in select global markets, introducing the first device in the upcoming Hot 70 series. The smartphone arrives with a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate chipset, a large 6,000mAh battery, and multiple AI-powered features aimed at everyday users.

The Infinix Hot 70 is available in Dive Blue, Green Texture, Night Pulse, Thermo Orange, Quiet Violet, and Silver Dancer colour options. The company has introduced the handset in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM variants, paired with 128GB and 256GB storage options. However, official pricing and market availability details are yet to be announced.

In terms of design, the smartphone features what Infinix calls a Dynamic Shine Design. The Thermo Orange version includes a temperature-sensitive back panel that changes shades depending on surrounding temperatures. The colour deepens below 0°C and becomes lighter at around 65°C. Meanwhile, the Quiet Violet and Green Texture variants feature Lumina Flare Dynamic Flame Texture finishes.

The device runs on XOS 16 based on Android 16 and is confirmed to receive up to 3 major Android updates along with 5 years of security patches. It sports a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 700 nits peak brightness.

Powering the device is the 6nm MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor, coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone supports up to 8GB RAM and virtual RAM expansion up to 16GB.

For photography, the Infinix Hot 70 features a 50MP rear camera with autofocus and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. It also carries an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

The smartphone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, FM Radio, OTG, USB Type-C, and includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also introduces a dedicated One-Tap AI Button for quick access to AI tools such as AI Live Photo Mode, AI Extender, and AI Custom Wallpapers.

Backing the device is a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and 10W reverse charging support.
