A seasoned technology and enterprise transformation leader, Rakesh brings decades of experience across enterprise IT, SAP ecosystems, supply chain technology, digital transformation, governance, compliance and large-scale business transformation programs.
Before joining UltraTech Cement, Khairnar held several leadership positions at Mahindra Logistics, including Head Enterprise IT, Head ERP Platform, Head Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructure, and Head IT – People Transport Solutions.
Over the course of his career, Rakesh has also served as President at SIA Services, Independent Consultant – Product Serialization Program Architect at AbbVie, Independent Consultant – Sr. Solution Architect at Novus International, Independent Consultant – SAP EM Team Lead at Canadian Pacific, and Global Solution Architect, Senior Manager, Solution Integration and Optimization at Novus International.
Rakesh professional journey also includes key roles as Solutions Architect at Anheuser-Busch, SAP Solution Architect at Fujitsu, SAP Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Project Executive, SAP ERP and EPC Project Procurement Engineer at Larsen & Toubro. He also began his career with engineering internships at Bajaj Auto and Mahindra & Mahindra.
Rakesh’s appointment marks another important milestone in his leadership journey, reflecting his extensive expertise in technology strategy, enterprise systems and large-scale digital transformation.
