Ajith brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, service delivery, and business transformation.
Before joining Genpact, Madhavan served at Allianz as Head of Financial Business Services, India. Prior to that, he held the role of Service Delivery Lead, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and leading financial transformation initiatives.
Throughout his career, Ajith Madhavan has held leadership positions at Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., A.P. Moller – Maersk, IBM, ACS, and Accenture. His experience spans finance and accounting operations, procure-to-pay processes, and service delivery management across diverse industries.
With deep expertise in business operations and transformation, Madhavan is well positioned to support Genpact’s strategic growth objectives and strengthen its transformation-led initiatives.
