Ishwinder brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across sales, marketing, digital commerce, business transformation, and customer growth. Over the course of his career, he has worked with 6 leading organizations across diverse industry sectors, building expertise in driving business performance and consumer engagement.
Prior to this role, Ishwinder was associated with Havells India Ltd as Business Head (India) – Online Marketplace, where he led the company’s marketplace business and digital commerce initiatives.
Earlier, Ishwinder served as Chief Sales Officer – India at Airtel Payments Bank, reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO. In this position, he was responsible for leading sales operations, expanding market reach, and driving customer acquisition strategies.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at RIVIGO, Airtel, Bajaj Auto Ltd, and LG India, where he managed key business functions and contributed to growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across multiple sectors.
With a strong cross-industry background and a proven track record of scaling businesses, Khurana is expected to play a pivotal role in accelerating Polycab’s B2C growth strategy, enhancing customer experiences, and strengthening the company’s position in the consumer market.
