With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring, HR business partnering, and workforce management, Pramod has played a key role in building and scaling entry-level talent programs at major technology organizations.
Pramod has been associated with LTM for nearly 4 years. Before this promotion, he served as Director – University Liaison and Early Career Engagement. During his tenure, he led initiatives focused on university partnerships, campus hiring programs, employer branding, and early career engagement strategies. He also drove academia-industry collaboration through curriculum engagement, faculty development programs, alumni connect initiatives, and skill enhancement interventions.
Prior to joining LTM, he worked at Capgemini as Program Manager – University Relations & Hiring. In this role, he managed Pan-India B-School hiring, graduate recruitment, alternative talent hiring initiatives, and large-scale campus hiring programs. He closely collaborated with leadership teams, workforce management functions, and academic institutions to strengthen employer branding and entry-level talent acquisition strategies.
Earlier, Pramod spent more than 11 years at Infosys as Practice Lead – Talent Acquisition. He led high-volume fresher hiring programs, off-campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, and hiring strategies for engineering graduates, diploma holders, and design talent across India. He was also associated with initiatives such as HackWithInfy and the InfyTQ Certification Program.
Before that, he worked with Infosys BPM as Associate Lead – BPHR, where he supported HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation initiatives.
Pramod M V holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University.
