Reckitt has expanded its global delivery infrastructure in India by launching an additional workspace at Phoenix Equinox in Hyderabad. The move strengthens the company’s growing presence in the city and supports its long-term global business transformation plans.
The company already operates its Global Hub at The Skyview 20 and is now adopting a dual-hub operating model in Hyderabad. The expansion is part of Reckitt’s broader “Center of Excellence” strategy focused on turning its Hyderabad operations into a key driver of global business process transformation.
The Hyderabad hub supports multiple functions including technology, data, AI, supply chain, research and development, and multi-functional shared services. According to the article, the new dual-site structure across Skyview 20 and Phoenix Equinox will improve operational agility and support future workforce expansion.
The setup will also help the company separate legacy ERP management from digital innovation functions while encouraging collaboration-driven operations across teams.
