Tobias Julén joins Stillfront to lead global people strategy and organizational transformation

Tobias joins Stillfront during an important phase of global growth and organizational transformation for the company. He brings extensive experience across people strategy, organizational scaling, executive compensation, leadership development, and HR transformation within international technology businesses.

Welcoming the appointment, Alexis Bonte, President and Group CEO of Stillfront, said, “I am very pleased to welcome Tobias Julén to Stillfront and to our Group Executive Management team. Before joining Stillfront, Tobias served as Chief People Officer at Tanium, where he led global people strategy and worked closely with executive leadership and the board on organizational design, workforce planning, executive compensation, and global scaling initiatives. During his tenure, he also led culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement programs across international operations.

Earlier at Tanium, he held the role of Vice President Human Resources & Total Rewards, helping scale the company’s global People function and performance management systems.

Prior to Tanium, Tobias spent more than 7 years with Ericsson in several senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Business Area Digital Services, where he led HR strategy for over 22,000 employees across 60 countries. He also served as Group Head of Executive Remuneration at Ericsson.

Earlier in his career, Tobias worked with Deloitte as Senior Manager, advising global organisations on executive compensation and governance strategies.
