In her new role, Tracey will lead the end-to-end people experience across Total Rewards, HRIS and Employee Operations Programs for Ascend and its partner firms. She will also focus on building an AI-first operating model designed to support scalable growth, workforce efficiency, and operational excellence.
Before joining Ascend, Tracey served as Senior Director, Global People & Talent Acquisition Operations at Light & Wonder. In this role, she led global HR and talent acquisition operations supporting more than 7,000 employees across 30+ countries. During her tenure, she drove HR shared services transformation, AI optimization initiatives, HR technology modernization through Workday, and workforce strategy improvements across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
Earlier, Tracey held several leadership roles at Eventbrite, including Director, Global HR Transformation & Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. There, she led people transformation programs, digital innovation initiatives, strategic planning, policy implementation, and enterprise-wide change management efforts. She also worked as Director of Global Talent Acquisition PMO & Operations, contributing to organizational effectiveness and talent operations initiatives.
Tracey additionally spent 5 years with PwC in multiple human capital transformation leadership positions, including Senior Manager, Global Human Capital Operations & PMO. During this period, she partnered with global leadership teams on HR transformation, recruitment optimization, people technology innovation, and large-scale organizational change programs. Her work focused heavily on HR transformation strategy, operational excellence, workforce standardization, and program management.
Earlier in her career, Tracey spent 6 years with Ares Management Corporation, where she progressed through several HR leadership positions before becoming AVP, Manager of Global HR & Recruitment Operations. She managed global HR operations, talent acquisition, people analytics, organizational design, performance management, and M&A-related HR integration initiatives.
With this appointment, Ascend continues strengthening its people operations leadership as it scales its AI-driven business and workforce strategy.
