Parshant brings nearly 27 years of experience across manufacturing operations, commodity management, supply chain, productivity improvement, vendor development, quality systems, industrial relations, and operational excellence. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
Before joining Jagatjit Industries Limited, Parshant served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, he worked as Vice President – Operations & Supply Chain at Everest Industries Limited, where he led key operational and supply chain initiatives.
Prior to that, Parshant spent 13 years with Pernod Ricard India, managing operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. During his tenure, he led capacity expansion, productivity improvement, quality systems, compliance, industrial relations, vendor development, capex planning, and operational P&L priorities.
Earlier in his career, he held manufacturing leadership roles at Kellogg Company, PepsiCo, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India, building strong expertise across large-scale production environments and operational management.
Parshant Giare holds a B.Tech in Food Technology and a PGDM in Management from Symbiosis International University.
With this appointment, Jagatjit Industries Limited continues strengthening its operational leadership as it focuses on manufacturing excellence, supply chain efficiency, and long-term business growth.
