In his new role, Karthikeyan will lead operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, supporting the hospital network’s regional growth strategy and operational management initiatives.
Karthikeyan brings more than 23 years of experience in healthcare operations, business transformation, and network expansion. He has strong expertise in operational governance, scaling healthcare systems, and enhancing patient experience across large healthcare organizations.
Before joining Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospital, he held senior leadership positions at Lifenity and Lifenity International Healthcare Services, UK, where he led several healthcare transformation initiatives. Among his major contributions was leading Maharashtra’s Mahadialysis Program, focused on improving healthcare accessibility and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Karthikeyan spent several years at Vasan Eye & Multispeciality UAE, where he played a key role in the organization’s expansion from 2 centers to more than 196 centers globally. His experience in managing large-scale healthcare operations and growth initiatives has contributed significantly to healthcare network development across multiple regions.
He also worked with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and ICICI Bank before moving into healthcare leadership roles, adding financial and operational management experience to his professional background.
With this appointment, Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospital continues to strengthen its operational leadership as it expands its healthcare presence across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
