In a move aimed at streamlining logistics for online brands, GoKwik has launched Kwik Ship, an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven shipping and logistics platform designed for direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses.
The company states that brands using Kwik Ship have reported a reduction in return-to-origin rates by up to 20% and have saved more than 50 operational hours every month through automated shipping and delivery workflows.
Kwik Ship uses data from over 200 million shopper signals to identify high-risk orders before they are dispatched. Based on this analysis, the platform routes shipments through carriers that perform better in specific locations, improving delivery success rates.
The system also automates key processes such as order tracking, customer notifications, and non-delivery report management. According to GoKwik, these features help reduce order tracking queries by nearly 40% through WhatsApp updates and AI-powered customer calls.
Since its launch in 2020, GoKwik has been offering checkout, payments, customer engagement, and logistics solutions to more than 15,000 D2C brands across India.
