In his new role, Mr. Bracken will lead the company’s operations function and support business growth and transformation initiatives.
Before joining Manulife Singapore, Bracken was associated with Chubb, where he most recently served as Head of Strategic Partnership Development, APAC, Japan and International Digital. In this role, he focused on driving growth through strategic partnerships, digital insurance offerings, and AI-driven sales strategies across Asia Pacific and international markets.
Earlier at Chubb, he held the position of Regional Head of Consumer Partnerships, APAC, where he played a major role in expanding the company’s partnership ecosystem and accelerating digital and embedded insurance growth across the region.
Prior to Chubb, Bracken worked with Coherent as Global Chief Revenue Officer and earlier as Managing Director – South East Asia. During his tenure, he contributed to the company’s international expansion, scaled annual recurring revenue, and supported large insurance technology transformation programs globally.
He was also associated with NN Group as Head of Strategic Execution, where he supported strategic transformation initiatives and agile operating model implementation across multiple countries.
Earlier in his career, Bracken held leadership roles at AIA, serving as Chief Operating Officer in the Philippines and Head of Operations Transformation for the region. He led large-scale digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives during his time there.
His extensive experience in transformation and operational leadership also includes roles at ING and ANZ, where he led strategic transformation, process automation, operational productivity, and lean transformation initiatives across global teams.
