Jaspreet will be based at the company’s Mumbai headquarters and will lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
Jaspreet brings more than 35 years of experience across engineering, infrastructure, and construction, with strong expertise in operational transformation, project execution, and business leadership.
Before joining SP E&C, Jaspreet served as Managing Director & CEO at Hindustan Construction Company, where he led business turnaround initiatives, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened project delivery capabilities across major infrastructure projects.
Prior to this, he also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Hindustan Construction Company, further building his experience in strategic transformation and operational excellence.
Earlier, he worked as Managing Director at Multiplex, where he led high-rise construction projects and strengthened the company’s business operations in India.
Jaspreet also spent nearly 10 years with Leighton India as Chief Executive Officer / Head, leading large infrastructure projects and driving business expansion initiatives. During this period, he also held senior leadership responsibilities across Leighton India joint venture entities involved in major infrastructure development.
In the early phase of his career, he held leadership roles at GS E&C and contributed to large-scale infrastructure developments including the Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Project, where he built expertise in project planning, management, and execution.
With extensive leadership experience across Indian and global construction organizations, Jaspreet Bhullar is expected to strengthen SP E&C’s growth strategy, operational performance, and execution capabilities.
