Kasabe shared the update on LinkedIn, confirming that he has joined ELCA Cosmetics and will be part of the company’s India leadership team. He described the move into the prestige beauty segment as a “deeply rewarding milestone.”
He joins the organisation after his tenure at L’Oréal India Private Limited, where he served as Lead Legal & Compliance (AGM) for supply chain operations and corporate functions. In this role, he handled enterprise-wide legal matters across HR, IT, finance, procurement, and sustainability, while also overseeing pan-India compliance, data privacy, and litigation.
Before that, Kasabe spent nearly 9 years at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited, managing areas such as product claims, brand protection, intellectual property disputes, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. His professional experience also includes roles at Merck India and JPMorgan Chase & Co..
Kasabe holds a Master of Business Laws from National Law School of India University and an LL.B. from Lala Lajpat Rai Law College. He is also an Associate Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has completed certifications in intellectual property rights and advertising standards.
