In this role, Krüpper will lead the company’s global business strategy, operational expansion, and innovation roadmap, further strengthening its position in sterile unit-dose contract manufacturing and affordable healthcare solutions worldwide.
Krüpper brings extensive global leadership experience across industrial operations, strategic growth, and executive management. Prior to joining Unither Pharmaceuticals, he served as Chief Operating Officer Drug Substances at Siegfried, where he managed critical operational functions within the pharmaceutical manufacturing space.
Before that, he spent over 11 years at HCS Group, including more than 4 years as Chief Executive Officer. During this period, he drove strategic growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. He also served as a Member of the Management Board, overseeing sales, marketing, procurement, product development, and technical application functions.
Earlier in his career, Krüpper held senior executive roles at Soltecture GmbH, Q-Cells AG, City Solar AG, and Evonik Degussa GmbH. In these roles, he developed expertise in sales leadership, strategic marketing, business development, manufacturing, and innovation-led transformation.
He also gained strong operational and production leadership experience at Degussa Corporation, where he led production scale-up, investment projects, and site excellence initiatives focused on profitability and process optimisation.
With decades of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and industrial transformation, Krüpper is well positioned to guide Unither Pharmaceuticals into its next phase of global expansion.
