(A&M) India has brought in Aditya Jain as Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice, reinforcing its focus on expanding Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and driving analytics-led transformation.
Based in Gurugram, Jain will lead initiatives to scale A&M’s GCC footprint while deepening sector-specific capabilities. His role will focus on leveraging analytics and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance value for global clients.
Jain brings over 25 years of experience in building and scaling global businesses. He has a strong track record of integrating analytics and technology into business strategy, along with developing high-performing teams and scalable platforms across industries.
Before joining A&M, Jain was with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as Executive Director and Global Head of Research. He led a global team of 500+ analysts and played a key role in expanding BCG’s GCC in India to a 900+ member team across knowledge, analytics, and digital functions. Earlier, he was part of the founding team at Evalueserve, contributing to its growth into a global organization serving Fortune 1000 clients.
