Oppo Watch X3 debuts globally with advanced health features and long battery life

Strengthening its global device ecosystem, Oppo has introduced a new smartwatch focused on durability, performance, and advanced health tracking.

The Oppo Watch X3 has been launched globally alongside the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s Pro. First unveiled in China in March, the smartwatch brings a refined titanium design, improved battery life, and upgraded health features. It runs on Wear OS 6 and supports a range of Google apps and services. The company also showcased the Watch X3 Mini earlier in China as a compact alternative with similar core capabilities.

In terms of pricing, the Oppo Watch X3 is available at EUR 379 (approximately Rs. 41,700) in France. It comes in Misty Titanium and Obsidian Black colour options. Availability will vary by region, with further details expected soon.

The smartwatch features a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a density of 310ppi. It offers up to 3,000 nits peak brightness in sports mode under direct sunlight and is protected by sapphire crystal glass. The device is powered by the Snapdragon W5 chipset paired with a BES2800BP MCU, along with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. It runs ColorOS Watch 8.0 and supports apps like Maps, Wallet, YouTube Music, and Gemini.

For health and fitness, the watch includes over 100 sports modes with automatic activity detection. It supports heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, wrist temperature sensing, sleep analysis, and ECG functionality. A 60-second wellness overview provides a snapshot of key health metrics, including heart and mental well-being indicators.

Connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and dual-band GNSS. The watch supports Android devices running version 9.0 and above with Google Mobile Services. It comes with 5ATM water resistance, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and MIL-STD-810H durability.

The device is backed by a 646mAh battery, offering up to 5 days in smart mode and up to 16 days in power saver mode. Oppo claims that a 10-minute charge can deliver up to 1 day of usage. The smartwatch measures 47.4 x 47.4 x 11mm and weighs around 43g without the strap.
