Most recently, he served as Vice President & HR Head – India Sub-Continent and Executive Director on the Board of Gillette India Ltd. In this role, he led people strategy across manufacturing plants, R&D hubs, and distribution networks, driving large-scale transformation and workforce integration initiatives.
During his tenure, Srinivas played a key role in organizational redesign and digital HR transformation through Workday implementation. He also led large-scale workforce integrations, strengthened leadership pipelines, and improved employee engagement frameworks.
Earlier, Srinivas held leadership roles such as Senior Director & HR Head – Indian Sub-Continent and Business & Organization Strategy Director – Indonesia & Supply Chain HR Head, Southeast Asia.
