iSprout expands Hyderabad presence with new enterprise office facility

Strengthening its footprint in the managed workspace segment, iSprout has launched a new enterprise-grade office facility in Hyderabad, marking a major expansion in the city.

The company on April 1 introduced a 5.6 lakh sq ft workspace at Minaas Towers, a 20-storey commercial complex located in Hitech City. With this addition, iSprout’s total portfolio in Hyderabad has crossed 17 lakh sq ft.

The new facility is mainly designed for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large enterprises. It offers custom-built workspaces, flexible floor layouts, branded environments, and dedicated enterprise support, according to the company’s official statement. It also noted that 50% of the 20 floors at Minaas Towers have already been leased.

The location provides direct metro connectivity and is close to major IT hubs such as Hitech City and Gachibowli, making it a strategic choice for businesses.

Highlighting the need for speed and efficiency, Sreenivas Tirdhala, cofounder and chief strategy officer of iSprout, said, “GCCs don’t have the luxury of waiting six months to set up. They need to be operational and aligned with their culture from Day 1. iSprout delivers custom-built workspaces in 60 days, matching the global standards and brand guidelines of GCCs.”

The company also shared that its managed office portfolio has grown significantly, increasing from 14,000 seats in FY24 to 43,000 seats by the end of FY26. This threefold growth has been driven by strong demand from enterprise clients.
