In his new role, Mr. Shah will drive strategic growth for the Plant Engineering business vertical across the ROW region, which includes India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. His mandate will focus on shaping regional strategy, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening LTTS’s engineering capabilities in these high-growth markets.
Shah brings over 30 years of experience spanning engineering, industrial gases, and EPC project development. He has deep expertise in business strategy, project execution, and energy transition initiatives.
Before joining LTTS, he was Director and Head of India & Middle East Project Development at Air Products India, where he led key project development initiatives across industrial gas and chemical plant segments.
Earlier, Shah served as Director – Project Development & Proposals for EMEA and India at Air Products, where he worked on techno-commercial strategies for sustainable energy projects, including blue and green hydrogen, ammonia, and CO₂ capture solutions.
Prior to that, Shah held leadership roles at Linde Engineering as General Manager & Head Sales & Project Execution – Product Plants. He led global business operations across petrochemicals, hydrogen, synthesis gas, and refining projects.
His earlier career includes key roles at Linde Gas, Larsen & Toubro, and Linde Engineering India, where he contributed to business development, marketing strategy, and execution of large-scale EPC projects in the refinery and petrochemical sectors.
With this appointment, LTTS aims to accelerate growth in emerging markets while strengthening its position in engineering services and energy transition solutions.’
