In her new role, Ms. Shevchenko will lead initiatives to enhance HR technology, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. She will also support the development of scalable people operations across the organisation.
She joins SES with extensive experience in global HRIS, HR technology, and analytics, with a strong track record of building and modernising HR digital ecosystems in multinational environments.
Prior to this, Shevchenko was associated with Barry Callebaut Group as Global HRIS Head, where she led HR information systems strategy and supported enterprise-wide HR technology programmes.
Earlier, she served as Global Head of HR Technology & Analytics at Wargaming, where she managed global HR tech capabilities and drove initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and generating actionable insights.
Her career also includes key roles at PepsiCo, where Shevchenko worked as Market & Change Lead / HRIS Project Manager (SAP SF), and earlier as Senior Rewards Specialist. During this time, she contributed to HR systems implementation and enhancements in people processes.
Shevchenko has also handled responsibilities in rewards, workforce planning, and HR budgeting at FIDOBANK. She began her career at OTP Bank, building foundational expertise in compensation, HR operations, and governance.
In addition, she has been associated as an AIFOD Fellow with the AI for Developing Countries Forum, reflecting her interest in technology-driven and impact-led initiatives.
