Strengthening its product engineering leadership, Simplify Healthcare has elevated Suhas Wankhede to the role of . The promotion follows his tenure as Senior Director – Product Development and Delivery and reflects his continued growth within the organisation across product engineering, technical architecture and delivery leadership.
Suhas Wankhede has been associated with Simplify Healthcare for more than 6 years. During this period, he has held multiple leadership roles that contributed to the company’s product development and delivery capabilities. Prior to his latest promotion in January 2026, he served as Senior Director – Product Development and Delivery from January 2025 to December 2025.
Earlier, he worked as Director – Product Development and Delivery from January 2024 to December 2024. Before stepping into director-level responsibilities, he served as Senior Technical Architect from August 2021 to December 2023, where he played an important role in strengthening the company’s technical architecture and product engineering functions.
His journey within the organisation also includes the role of Manager – Technical Delivery from December 2019 to July 2021. In this position, he contributed to delivery execution, technical leadership and product development initiatives, building a strong foundation in engineering and project delivery.
Before joining Simplify Healthcare, Suhas Wankhede worked with Capgemini as a Manager in Pune. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 6 years with Cognizant Technology Solutions as Senior Associate.
He also held roles at BNY Mellon India as Quality Analyst – Automation. His earlier experience includes working with Tech Mahindra as Technical Associate and with WNS Global Services as Senior Associate.
Across these roles, he built broad expertise in technology delivery, product engineering, automation and engineering support. His promotion reflects the company’s focus on strengthening product engineering leadership while recognising long-term internal contributions.
