Ms. Spinu has spent more than 13 years with JPMorganChase, building extensive experience across HR operations, business advisory and regional workforce strategy. Before assuming her new position, she served as Central Europe and Emerging Markets HR Operations Lead. In that role, she led HR operational strategy across several markets while supporting talent planning, organizational alignment and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
Earlier in her career at JPMorganChase, Spinu held multiple leadership positions including Regional HR Operations Lead. In this capacity, she managed HR operations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the Nordic countries, Spain and Portugal. She also worked as Regional HR Business Advisor and HR Operations Lead for the Benelux and Nordic regions, where she supported strategic HR programs and cross-border workforce initiatives.
Spinu also served as MENA and Turkey Location Control Manager based in Dubai. In that role, she partnered with regional stakeholders and supported operational coordination across the Middle East and Turkey.
Before that, she worked as an HR Generalist covering several markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and Qatar. This role helped her gain strong experience in labor law, HR operations and regional service delivery.
She began her HR operations career with JPMorganChase in Bournemouth in the United Kingdom after starting her professional journey as a Human Resources Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank.
With deep experience across global HR operations and regional workforce strategy, Spinu’s appointment reinforces JPMorganChase’s focus on strengthening people leadership in Luxembourg and across European markets.
